What kind of payment do you accept ?

We accept payment by all major credit and cards and cash.

Do you provide wheel chairs and baby chairs ?

Yes we do, free of charge.

What if I’m unable to locate your chauffeur ?

A.

A contact number of the chauffeur will be provided prior to your arrival, alternatively you may also choose to contact our 24 hours hotline, we ll be glad to assist you.

What if I’m late?

A.

If we do not receive any prior notice from you, your chauffeur will be released after 30 mins from booking time.

Will I get charged for cancelling my bookings ?

A.

All bookings have to cancel 24 hours before booking time, anytime thereafter is subject to admin charges.
